Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward return window for unopened, sealed bottles.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Bottle must be unopened and factory-sealed
• Original packaging preferred
• Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons

How to return

Sign in to your account or contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund — you should not be left with a broken seal or the wrong bottle.
