Shipping

We ship sealed fragrance bottles with protective packaging so your order arrives ready to wear. At checkout you can choose the delivery method available for your area — including Lagaidim delivery and Pathao courier where enabled.

Free shipping

Orders over NPR 3,000 typically ship free within Nepal on eligible delivery methods. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and destination.

Delivery windows

• Kathmandu Valley: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Outside the valley: usually 3–7 business days depending on destination
• Pathao courier: tracking appears in your account and order email once pickup is booked
• Public holidays and weather can add a short delay

Packaging & tracking

Orders are packed to protect glass and seals. When Pathao delivery is used, you will receive a consignment ID and a Track with Pathao button on your order page and in status emails after pickup is requested.
